Forsake their sides from (their) beds; they call their Lord (in) fear and hope, and out of what We have provided them they spend.
[and] who are impelled to rise from their beds [at night] to call out to their Sustainer in fear and hope; and who spend on others out of what We provide for them as sustenance
Who forsake their beds to cry unto their Lord in fear and hope, and spend of that We have bestowed on them
Their limbs do forsake their beds of sleep, the while they call on their Lord, in Fear and Hope: and they spend (in charity) out of the sustenance which We have bestowed on them

The true believers are those who sacrifice a part of their sleeping time to worship their Lord. They are afraid to offend their Lord with [the least of] their action and hope in getting their rewards from Him. They are the one who devote a part of their resources [which is given to them by God at first place] to God pleasing ends

Their sides desert the beds for nocturnal devotion in exchange for Allah's mercy and blessings: They prostrate their reason to divine revelation and they make invocation unto Him by comely prostration of their bodies, which act reflects dread that is mingled with veneration and reflects hope that springs eternal in their bosoms for His pitiful forbearance toward them, and they spend in benevolence of Our grace that was made to abound in them
